  Who can be a member of SupplyView.com?

SupplyView.com membership is limited to qualified OEM / CEM companies and Franchise and Independent distributors and component Manufacturers within the electronics and aviation industries.

  What types of products can I locate on SupplyView.com?

SupplyView.com currently features a full spectrum of electronic components and aviation parts. Our database includes active and passive parts, ICs, semiconductors, diodes, transistors, memory, connectors, relays, switches, logic, linear, RF devices, resistors, capacitors, crystals, inductors, and Industrial, Electro-mechanical, Aviation, Military components and more. Additionally, our database includes obsolete, allocated and "hard to find" components.

  Do I have to buy or install hardware or software?

No.
All you need is Internet access to begin benefiting with SupplyView.com.

  How do I get started?

Simply click on "Register Now" on the menu bar, accept our conditions of use, fill out the registration form and submit. We will process your information immediately and contact you by phone or e-mail to activate your account.

  Is there a trial period?

Qualified companies are eligible to receive a 15-day, no obligation free trial. Eligible companies will be notified if they qualify after we receive a completed registration form and prior to site access.

  Is there a quicker way to find the parts rather than waiting around for responses to my posted RFQs?

Yes!
By directly accessing our database, you can instantly locate a vendor that has the product you need and negotiate terms and delivery immediately over the phone.

  What if the part I need can not be located?

There are several options available to assist buyers in locating product that is allocated, obsolete or "hard to find" that does not appear in our database. Due to the fact that Independent brokers are part of the SupplyView.com community, buyers can tap into a valuable resource that is not available on similar sites.

By posting RFQs onto our bulletin board, a distributor may help source product for you. OEM / CEM buyers have the option to do this anonymously.

By accessing our Online Source Directory, buyers can quickly locate a Franchise and Independent distributor by manufacturer.

  Can I decide which group of sellers can compete for my RFQs?

Yes.
SupplyView.com permits buyers the option to decide which group of sellers can view and return quotes to RFQs posted in our RFQ log.

  Is SupplyView.com involved in the buying and selling of product?

No.
SupplyView.com does not get directly involved in any transactions that are initiated through use of our site. All transactions are between the buyer and seller only.

  Is there a member feedback program that can keep buyers and sellers aware of members trade practices?

Yes.
We have created a member feedback program that helps us to monitor the trade practices of our members. Every effort is made to provide harmony among SupplyView.com community members. We expect our members to abide by the Governing Law of our User Agreement. Repeat violators may be denied site access.
