| How is my inventory made available to potential
buyers? |
A Distributor's inventory is accessed as part of our parts search database. When a buyer
does a search, a distributor that has the part in stock will appear with full contact
information and all corresponding details of the item.

| My company does not carry inventory, can we still
profit with SupplyView.com? |
Yes!
SupplyView.com is set up to effectively serve the Independent broker community.
In addition to being able to instantly locate parts in our parts search database, brokers
may also access our RFQ bulletin board to view urgent requirements from our buying
community. Independent distributors may return quotes and develop new clients by using
their own resources to source product for buying clients that need immediate responses.
Brokers may also Post Offers that may be viewed by the entire distributor community. This
feature facilitates quick sales of product that may be available from a strong resource of
the broker. This increases market exposure by introducing your company and its ability to
offer parts to new buying clients from all regions of the world. Additionally, Independent
distributors may post their line card in our Online Source Directory, which can be
accessed by our buying community to find alternative sources of supply when a part cannot
be located when doing a parts search..

| How do buyers contact us? |
When a buyer enters a part number that matches an item in a distributor's inventory, a distributor's
details are instantly made available. The buyer may choose to call, fax or e-mail an RFQ
to the contact information that has been provided to us. Buyers always deal
directly with a distributor's salespeople, unless it is an OEM / CEM buyer that is requesting a
quotation anonymously. In this case a distributor will receive an e-mail that must be replied to
through our Quote Trak system..

| Can I respond directly to the buyer that is
requesting a quote on the RFQ log? |
Yes.
Buyers routinely use the site to avoid being overwhelmed with phone calls, however, if a
buyer posts an RFQ on the RFQ bulletin board, this typically indicates an immediate need
for a quote. To contact the buyer immediately, simply click on the company name to obtain
the buyers direct contact information. If the buyer is an OEM / CEM that wishes to receive
quotes anonymously, then the only way to quote them is to use the SupplyView.com system to
return a quote. The buyer will receive a distributor's quote and correspondence and will have its
full contact information if they wish to purchase the product from a distributor.

| How can I keep track of all RFQs that have been
sent to my company? |
Our Quote Trak system is designed to track all incoming RFQs sent to your company
through the SupplyView.com web site. Additionally, the system will track all
correspondence and quotations sent by your company through the Quote Trak system to
the buyer. When your salespeople log on to the system, they will immediately be able to
see all RFQs that are awaiting responses.

| Do I need to provide pricing? |
No.
While pricing may generate immediate orders, a distributor need not provide pricing along
with its inventory files.

| How do I send my inventory file? |
Distributors may send their inventory file by one of the following methods:
1. By E-mail attachment to inventory@supplyview.com.
2. By mail on a floppy disk to:

3. By FTP. Please contact our customer service

Inventory files can be sent in almost any format. However, we prefer to receive them in
comma delimited, ASCII, excel, text, or dbase.

| What data fields are required for my inventory
file? |
The mandatory fields are manufacturers part number, manufacturer and quantity. We also
accept date code, description, comments, corresponding catalog numbers, and pricing.

| How often do I need to update my inventory? |
We recommend uploads at least once a week. Many of our members have set it up to send
inventory on a daily basis. All inventory files received are date stamped when uploaded
into the database. Parts search results are sorted from most recent inventory received to
the oldest. Keeping your inventory current prevents RFQs on inventory items that have been
sold. Buyers are most likely to contact vendors who have recent dates on their inventory
uploads.
