immediately locate a vendor that has the part in stock without waiting.

| Can I locate obsolete, allocated and "hard to
find" parts on SupplyView.com? |
Yes!
Unlike traditional products, SupplyView.com enables buyers to view products from all
available sources including Franchise distribution, Independent brokers and OEM's that
have excess inventory. With the inclusion of Independent distributors and OEM / CEM excess
inventories, buyers are instantly able to locate obsolete, allocated and hard to find
parts from many supplier resources from all regions of the world.

| What if the part I need can not be located? |
There are several options available to assist buyers in locating product that is
allocated, obsolete or "hard to find" that does not appear in our database. Due
to the fact that Independent brokers are part of the SupplyView.com community, buyers can
tap into a valuable resource that is not available on similar sites.
By posting RFQs onto our bulletin board, our
entire distributor community can help source product for you. OEM / CEM buyers have the
option to do this anonymously.
By accessing our Online Source Directory, buyers
can quickly locate Franchise and Independent distributors by manufacturer.

| Can I use the system anonymously? |
Yes.
OEM / CEM buyers may post RFQs onto the bulletin board anonymously to prevent unwanted
solicitation. Use of this option will post RFQs and send e-mails requesting a quote to a
vendor that shows the product in its inventory. The return e-mail will be a
SupplyView.com address that will automatically forward a quotation back to the buyer. The
buyer remains anonymous and all of the seller's information is included for review and
purchase order preparation. The buyer only needs to directly contact the seller when a
purchase order needs to be placed. SupplyView.com does not get directly involved in the
transaction, however, we do receive valuable feedback about successful transactions and
complaints about companies that may not be abiding by the rules that are spelled out in
the User Agreement.

| Can I decide which group of sellers can compete for
my RFQs? |
Yes. SupplyView.com permits buyers the option to decide which group of sellers can view
and return quotes to RFQs posted in our RFQ log. Choices include Franchise only,
Independent Brokers only or All Sources of Supply.

| Is SupplyView.com involved in the buying and
selling of product? |
No.
SupplyView.com does not get directly involved in any transactions that are initiated through use of
our site. All transactions are between the buyer and seller only.

| Aside from doing a quick parts search, how can I
receive a quotation? |
When a vendor responds to a posted RFQ through the system, an e-mail is immediately
sent to you and also a record of the quote is stored in your Quote Trak screen for
future reference. The quickest way to receive a quote would be to call the vendor
directly.

| Can SupplyView.com help sell our excess inventory? |
Yes.
SupplyView.com will post your excess inventory into our searchable database for a buyer to
instantly locate when doing parts searches. The objective is to bring the highest possible
return for excess by providing market priced inquiries. Please contact our customer
service department to obtain the fee structure for this added benefit.

| What if a distributor I use is not a member of
SupplyView.com? |
Simply send us the distributor's name, phone number, and your contact and we will make
every effort possible to include them in our next upload.
